Depending upon the configuration, these centers operate either consistently or inconsistently. They show where and how we are deeply vulnerable and influenced by the environment. In an individual's design, some centers are unstable, inconsistent, unreliable, and ever changing with the environment. These centers bring us the opportunity to experience diversity in other people, places or things in our own unique way. It is our misinterpretation of the experience which can cause us discomfort. If we don't understand how the centers operate and impact us we can experience confusion, pain and suffering. Learning about what is really going on here is a liberating experience. Understanding the strategies about how to deal with this brings self love and acceptance. The more we face our discomfort and fears and understand these centers the wiser we become until eventually we don't experience them in a painful and negative way anymore. Lynda is the founder of Human Design Community, as well as co-founder of Great Life Technologies, Inc. She is a Human Design Analyst, Teacher and Faculty Member of the Human Design Biversity and faculty member of the International Human Design School as Director of the Certified Living Your Design Guide Program. Since 1998 Lynda has been a dedicated student of Human Design. 
Early on Gina recognized that HD was a pathway very much like the Ancient Mystery Schools upon whose doorpost was the simple statement, “Know Thy Self.” Gina has steadfastly practiced Human Design daily in her own life, creating a win-win situation for both herself since 1999 and her clients, since 2002.
